Wheelock Properties will sell an extra 120 units at its Galaxia development in Diamond Hill, raising the number to 360. Sale price for the additional units is $5,988 per square foot on cash payment, $100 higher than the launch price for the initial 120 units. Registration will run January 8-13 and the sale January 17.
