Super Power set to dictate terms

THE well-tried duo of international rider Tony Cruz and local handler Wong Tang-ping struck in the final event at Happy Valley on Wednesday night and can give Double Trio punters a helping hand in the fourth event at Sha Tin tomorrow. Cruz partners useful Super Power, overdue a win, and the signs point to success here. Overall, Wong's stable is expected to be very much to the fore as we reach the back end of the present season. Super Power may have it a little harder than did Win Tack in the Wednesday nightcap but the outcome should be the same - a good win. Super Power is favoured to topweight Saint Dragon Hill who will benefit enormously with a change of rider but even his best form is slightly inferior to that of the selection. Super Power ran a grand race back in November when second to Planet who has gone on to frank that form and in Class Five with Cruz up he does look the one to be on here.
