Red chip Shougang Concord International Enterprises and associate Shougang Concord Technology Holdings have signed three tenancy agreements involving $608,445 in monthly rents. The agreements included a 15,335 square foot area in Chai Wan, as well as areas of 7,857 sq ft 5,950 sq ft in a Wan Chai building.
