Hollywood comes to HK

DOZENS of Hongkong actors, artists and stuntmen will be roped in for the production of a multi-million dollar Hollywood film due to start shooting in the territory in May. Details of the project, a collaboration between a local film company and Hollywood,will be finalised next week when the producer flies into town from Los Angeles. Salon Films is scouting the territory for suitable locations while casting agents are looking for the supporting cast for auditions to be held when the producer arrives next month. Salon Films spokesman Mr Philip Lee Siu-wai said more than 30 actors, actresses and stuntmen would be needed for the film about a martial arts competition.
