First Pacific Co is to delay the release of its final results for the year to December by one month to March 30. The company said the deferral was to enable it to complete before the end of March the sale of its 39.7 per cent stake in Dutch associate Hagemeyer. It will also allow First Pacific to prepare and publish pro-forma financial information incorporating the effects of the disposal of Hagemeyer.
