Procedural delay for listing

Dalian Refrigerator Equipment Co has postponed the listing of its 115 million B shares in Shenzhen until March 20 because of procedural delay. The B shares were scheduled to be listed on March 16. The firm completed an issue of 100 million B shares, priced at HK$2.99 per share, on March 2.
