Hantec Group has added a corporate finance arm, Hantec Asia Alliance Capital, under its structure to become a fully integrated financial services group. The head of Hantec Group, Tang Yu-lap, said the corporate arm would expand the group's services to corporate finance and other business. Hantec made a $93 million profit last year.
