China Overseas Land & Investment says it breached stock exchange listing rules by not declaring the establishment of an associate company as a 'connected' transaction. The company set up the firm as a joint venture last January with China State Construction Engineering Corp, the parent of its controlling shareholder. China Overseas said it would give more details of the transaction in its next annual report.
