Voter's language barrier

I am a registered voter in this month's Legislative Council elections. I want to vote on May 24.

However, most appeals by candidates are printed only in Chinese and I would appreciate if they were also in English. The number of foreigners voting in the election may be very small, but any candidate should view even a single vote lost due to lack of communication as a great mistake. Even a single vote may be the difference between winning and losing.

I hope the ballot paper is bilingual so that foreigners who cannot read Chinese can vote for the list of their choice.
