Chaifa holds talks with investor

Chaifa Holdings, which distributes Playboy brand casual wear, said it has started preliminary negotiations with an independent third party for a possible investment in, or fund raising for, the company. It said the negotiations were still in the early stages and nothing concrete had been finalised. The company advised shareholders to be careful when dealing in its shares.
