Harvard course for leaders

Thirty senior officials are set to take a $2.2 million Harvard University-designed leadership course.

The six-day Leadership Enhancement and Development Programme will be launched at the University of Science and Technology tomorrow. Emphasis will be on strategic decisions and politics, organisational leadership and public policy development strategies.

Participants include Police Force Management Services director Dick Lee Ming-kwai, Postmaster General Robert Footman and Deputy Law Officer Benedict Lai Ying-sie.
