The Import and Export Bank of China has signed agreements to extend export credit to two shipbuilders in Dalian, Liaoning province. Xinhua news agency reported export credit of three billion yuan and US$120 million, would be given to Dalian Shipyard and Dalian New Shipyard over the next few years.
