The stock exchange says the rules governing the listing of securities have been amended, reflecting the conclusions reached following a consultation exercise on offering mechanisms and announced earlier this year. The amended listing rules set out procedures to be adopted in the allocation of shares in initial public offerings and where an initial offering involves a placing tranche and public subscription tranche of securities.
