Chun Wo Holdings said yesterday the $66 million raised through its share placement exercise in May was not used to finance a new infrastructure project in Zhejiang as intended. Instead $35 million was diverted as additional working capital for six existing construction projects. Chun Wo said the intended use of the money was changed because negotiations for the mainland project fell through.
