Golden Harvest Entertainment (Holdings) yesterday announced the completion of the three placing agreements relating to an aggregate of 113.1 million new shares - 16.5 per cent of enlarged capital - at 50 cents each. The shares are being placed to Li Ka-shing, Rupert Murdoch's 20th Century Fox and Robert Kuok's Kerry Holdings.
