Timepiece and jewellery designer, manufacturer and distributor Egana International said it received about $462 million through its two-for-five rights issue which was 1.26 times subscribed. The company received 1,526 valid applications for 1.6 billion rights shares. Subscribers will be entitled to five bonus shares as well as two bonus shares in Egana Jewellery & Pearls.
