B-share indices hit fresh lows

Shanghai's B shares dropped to a fresh record low yesterday on a lack of follow-through buying to support an early rebound, analysts said. The B-Share Index lost 0.39 per cent to close at 30.545 points for the seventh consecutive record low finish. Shenzhen's B-Share Index also dropped, losing 1.24 per cent to close the session at 62.96 points.
