Newspaper publisher Sing Tao Holdings yesterday confirmed it was in discussions to sell up to 35 per cent of its Culturecom Holdings stake to Culturecom chairman Tang Lap-yan. Sing Tao also confirmed chairman Sally Aw Sian was in talks on selling part or all of her 50.04 per cent stake in Sing Tao.
