Kadoorie lifts HK&SH holding

Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels chairman and controlling shareholder Michael Kadoorie has bought 1.2 million shares in the company at $3.45 a share. Mr Kadoorie acquired the shares on July 29, taking his direct holding to 623.25 million shares representing 53.88 per cent as at August 3.
