The property portfolio of 'Big Spender' is believed to include 5,000-square-foot premises in Cumberland Road, Kowloon Tong, his 3,000-square-foot Ho Man Tin home, three villas in South Bay and a house in Fanling where a kidnap victim was kept.

And those are just the ones investigators know about.

His family is believed to have sold the Kowloon Tong property for $30 million last month when Cheung's arrest on the mainland was confirmed.

Another alleged gang member, Chan Chi-ho, was said to have laundered his money through property investments and sold one of his flats in Sai Kung last month.
