Hysan Development will start to sell nine apartment units at Broadwood Park in Happy Valley on Saturday at more than $6,000 per square foot. The units, measuring about 2,900 square feet, will be sold together with one car-parking space each. Centaline Property Agency and FPD Realty are sales agents.
