Flat buyers' sale anger

More than 150 buyers of Marina Habitat, a Sandwich Class Housing Scheme, have lodged complaints to the Consumer Council alleging flats bought were smaller than model flats shown to them and that defects such as missing tiles and poorly installed windows were found.

The Consumer Council will ask the Housing Society for a report by an independent surveyor.
