Screen adventure The charity premiere of the film The Truman Show was held to raise funds for the Hong Kong Adventure Corps, and a high-profile group of guests turned up to see Jim Carey's latest offering. The Corps is a voluntary youth group set up in 1995 to succeed the Junior Leaders Corps of the Royal Hong Kong Regiment (The Volunteers).
It is a charity organisation that provides discipline and adventure training aimed at developing young people's physical fitness, self-reliance, responsibility and leadership. (Above, left): premiere filmgoers Vivien Chan and Michael Suen and (right) Margery Au and Rita Suen.
