In written answers in the Paula Jones lawsuit made public yesterday, Mr Clinton testified that he had not had 'sexual relations' with any women who worked for the federal Government or the state of Arkansas since 1986, a time frame set by the judge. Mr Clinton's one-word answer to that question - 'none' - was included in hundreds of pages of previously secret documents released on the Internet by US District Judge Susan Webber Wright.
