Wheelock Properties has sold six penthouse units and 16 combined units at its Galaxia project in Diamond Hill through tender since Saturday. The penthouses were sold for between $9 million and $11 million, or between $5,625 per square foot and $6,875 per square foot, while the combined units fetched $7 million to $9 million.
