New China Hong Kong Finance is being sued by Dao Heng Bank over an overdraft of $4.3 million. The facility was granted to New China in December 1995, according to a High Court writ. Dao Heng is also seeking the sum from New China Hong Kong Group Ltd as guarantor on the overdraft, the writ says.
