A jobless man, 41, threatened his wife and daughters with a knife in their Tin Lok House flat in Shun Tin Estate, Sau Mau Ping, before police arrived and disarmed him. His wife, also unemployed and blind in one eye, and daughters, aged nine, 11 and 14, were unhurt. The man was admitted to United Christian Hospital.
