SHKP puts 15 more Concerto flats on market
Sun Hung Kai Properties is to release another 15 completed units at Villa Concerto on a first-come, first-served basis today.
Prices for the latest batch of units at the project, the first phase of Symphony Bay in Ma On Shan, are $4,480 per square foot - the same price at which SHKP sold the first batch yesterday.
The company said the first batch's 20 units had sold out, with one 1,317 square feet unit on an upper floor selling for more than $7 million or $5,400 per square foot.
Estate agents expected the sale of the remaining units could be slower because of the substantial lump sum buyers needed to come up with.
Units on sale are 1,180 sq ft to 1,317 sq ft with unit prices ranging from $5.2 million to $5.8 million.
Henderson Land Development said it would release an extra 64 units at Parkland Villas in Tuen Mun at an average price of $2,316 per square foot, slightly up from the first batch's $2,295 per square foot.
