I would like to express my concern regarding the knowledge of drivers in Hong kong about pedestrian crossings. I have noticed on many occasions that drivers seem to disregard them.

 Instead of slowing down, I have noticed drivers accelerating when they see someone crossing the road. I have even observed a taxi driver flashing his lights at an elderly lady with a small child while they were crossing.

 Would the relevant authorities please let me know what is being done about this, or as a tax-paying resident of Hong kong, what I can do.
