EIGHTEEN men and a woman were arrested and $3 million worth of pirate CDs and VCDs have been seized in an anti-piracy operation by Customs officials.

 Raids were launched on Friday, leading to 19 people being arrested and up to 147,000 illicit CDs seized. The Customs Department said it would continue with 'Operation Thunderbolt'.
