A bid to wind up Tsui Tsin-tong's New China Hong Kong Group has been dismissed by a Court of First Instance judge. The petition was dismissed by Mrs Justice Doreen Le Pichon at the request of International Bank of Asia (IBA), which filed the winding-up bid last December amid debts of US$1 million. New China went into a creditor's voluntary liquidation on March 1.
