20pc of unemployed prepared to break law to earn living

One in five unemployed people would be prepared to earn a living illegal means in the face of rising joblessness survey has found.

Of the 412 people interviewed in the Hong Kong Council of Social Service poll, 79 said they regarded it as acceptable to make money through illegal practices as long as it did not result in physical harm to others.
