Central bank governor Dai Xianglong has called on foreign investors to have confidence in the mainland's economy, the Financial News reported. 'The judgment made by some people that the prospect of investing in China is not optimistic is wrong,' Mr Dai was quoted telling a Japanese trade delegation. 'China's financial industry will maintain stable growth, which will provide a stable and sound environment for foreign businesses to invest in China,' he said.
