Hayes' Charming City to anchor Triple Trio attack

Charming City can anchor Triple Trio bets in the fourth event on tomorrow's Sha Tin dirt and grass card.

The David Hayes-trained youngster is improving and should relish the move to 1,400 metres.

There's been plenty to like about his past two efforts when on each occasion he would have finished closer but for bad luck.

His work since his most recent effort, a second to the exciting Toy Warrior, has been most pleasing.

He really does look a quality individual and should be very hard to keep out of the placings.

Espresso and Toy Symphony are worth including in TT bets with Charming City, as is Little Plaything.

Courage Star could be best of the others.

The gutsy and improving Great Power loves the dirt and should go well again in the third event which opens the TT.

Charming Success, back on the dirt, should be ready to run a much better race while King Of Flash, worried out of it by Great Power last time, merits TT respect.

Northern Fire Ball, Giant Fight and Alexandra Palace all have claims.

Flamenco Star should run well in the sixth in which Decouvert is well worth another try, while Patrick Biancone's reclassified griffins, Highland Legend and Fortune Associates, both go nicely.

Markgraf and Gainsborough's Boy also warrant thought.
