By scaremongering the public about reduced safety because you cannot cope with what tens of thousands of other professionals have just experienced, you are proving you should never have taken a seat in the cockpit in the first place.

Concerned passenger You cannot put a price tag on safety . . . as a pilot and passenger I want to arrive alive.

Solo Salaries have been frozen or cut almost across the board in Hong Kong and much of Asia. Why should you be immune to it? GroundhogHK A first-year second officer gets paid $28,915 per month. A cab driver in an average month makes about $30,000. Sure he doesn't get a housing allowance, but then he didn't have to spend a small fortune and four years at university.
