We cannot follow up on the claims of your correspondent, as no specific information (in particular the bus registration number) was provided. The route number, and the time and direction of travel, would also be helpful.

We would like to reassure our customers that every effort is made to keep all our 1,100 buses clean. It is unfair to make a broad statement without giving any details attached.
