In Rise of the Dragon, you get a taste of the sights, sounds and smells of old Hong Kong through a computer-operated ride.

The old stories of Hong Kong come alive with ferocious South China Sea pirates and the Emperor right in front of you.

For a more unusual destination, head for Ripley's Believe It or Not! Odditorium. There are over 400 bizarre artefacts and exhibits collected there in 11 galleries, each of which has a theme, including Tropical Rainforest, Jaws of Death, the Shrunken Human and many more.

Believe it or not, it is up to you! The last stop is the thrilling Motion Simulator. It is like a cinema, except your seat moves according to the action on the screen to give you an exciting 'ride'.

The Peak also offers great views, a variety of restaurants and shopping malls.

You can take the Peak Tram from Garden Road, Central, to the Peak Tower or go by bus.

All-in tickets are available which include a return tram ticket and entry to the three attractions for $135 for adults and $87 for children.

Ocean Park Ocean Park is one of the largest oceanarium and theme parks in Southeast Asia. It provides visitors with an educational and entertaining experience on its vast 870,000-square-metre site. With its numerous exhibits and rides, you can easily spend a whole day in the park.

The park's attractions include a wide array of fun facilities in Kids' World and the educational Lowland Gardens.

To glimpse the fascinating creatures who live on and below the waves, visit Marine Land.

Headland Rides and Adventure Land supply thrills and spills while Bird Paradise provides a more relaxing environment and Middle Kingdom presents the amazing history of China.

You can visit more than 2000 birds from some 200 species in Bird Paradise, meet An An and Jia Jia - the park's latest attractions - at the Giant Panda Habitat, explore the Secrets of the Lost Temple or take a spectacular cable car ride.

The park's exciting rides include the Eagle, the Octopus, the Crazy Galleon, the Dragon roller coaster and the Flying Swing. If you are in the mood for shopping, there are plenty of souvenir shops and when you get hungry, there are a variety of places to eat.

You can get there by catching the Ocean Park 629 Citybus for a non-stop journey from Admiralty MTR station and Central to Ocean Park. Return tickets cost $24 and $12 for adults and children respectively.

Other bus and mini-bus routes also pass close to the park's main entrance.

Ocean Park is open daily from 10 am until 6 pm.

Admission tickets cost $140 for adult and $70 for children. Also, one paying adult can bring in one child aged between three and 11 free. The price includes admission to all exhibits, shows and rides.
