Four oil ports in pipeline

The mainland reportedly plans to build four large ports to accommodate oil tankers of more than 150,000 deadweight tonnes (dwt). Qidong port, in Jiangsu, province would handle oil tankers of 250,000 dwt, while Cezi, in Zhejiang, would accommodate tankers of up to 200,000 dwt, the International Finance News said yesterday. Other ports would be built in Hainan province and in the northern city of Tianjin, it said.
