PRICES at Tuen Mun Town Plaza have slipped from their six-month high over April to October of last year, but Brooke Hillier Parker partner Mr David Faulkner expects prices at the Plaza to stabilise this summer.

According to research supplied by Brooke Hillier Parker, the provisional figure for the average price per square foot (psf) was down slightly to $2,005, having registered $2,086 last month.

This figure compares to $2,216 in April last year, a number which set the pace for the following four months.

Prices last summer remained fairly stable, showing a small increase to $2,291 psf in August, but dropping down to $2,056 by November.

This summer a similar trend is expected.

With ''market vagaries'' having brought the index down a little further than last year, Mr Faulkner expects prices to stay in the region of $2,000 to $2,100 for the next few months.
