Emirates introduces two priority services

Emirates SkyCargo has introduced two new services to meet the growing demand for speed.
'We aim to meet customer requirements with this programme,' said Pradeep Kumar, Emirates' manager of revenue optimisation.
The priority-plus service covers airport to airport with arrangements at destination for quick delivery, the cargo equivalent of first class.
The airline will accept booking up to six hours before departure, late cut-off time for acceptance of consignments and top priority when loading.
The carrier's home base in Dubai can accept cargo up to two hours before scheduled departure. The service is for consignments up to 100 kilograms and courier packages.
Emirates' priority service is termed its business-class service, which carries a higher than standard priority for cargo up to 1,000 kilograms.
The airline will accept larger shipments if an early booking is made.
Bookings are accepted up to 24 hours before departure even if flights are fully booked. Deadlines will vary from station to station.
Customers are also offered airport-to-airport or airport-to-door options.
