City Hall looks just like a marketplace

I used to like City Hall a lot. It is located in Central and faces Victoria Harbour. I used to like walking along the road leading to Star Ferry pier and enjoyed the beautiful sea views. Sometimes I went into the small garden and relaxed there.

City Hall gave me a sense of peace and dignity. However, it no longer does so. Recently, my mother took me to a concert. When we arrived, we had to elbow our way through crowds of Filipino maids. They talked loudly and disregarded other pedestrians. They could be found on every corner of the building. Where is the place that we regarded as a centre of art and culture? Now it looks like a market! By the time the concert finished, the maids had gone but they left behind heaps of rubbish. I really abhor that. What appears to be beautiful buildings in day time, for example, the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank building looks miserable at night with rubbish everywhere.
