The Po Leung Kuk has applied to the Direct Subsidy Scheme for funding to run a new school that offers a 'happy learning environment' for students.

The school will use English as the medium of instruction and may adopt the 'through-road' concept now being advocated by the Education Commission to house both the primary and secondary streams.
