Songs by Ma Tau Chung Government Primary School (PM) and Rhenish Church Pang Hok Ko Memorial College won the champion titles of the 1999- 2000 Urban Council Inter-school Health Education Song Contest in the primary and sec ondary groups, respectively.

The first runner-up for the primary section was YCH Choi Hin To Primary School and sec ond runner-up was Father Cucchiara Memorial Primary School (PM).

The first runner-up in the secondary group was SKH Lam Woo Memorial Secondary School and second runner-up was PLK Mrs Ma Kam Ming- Cheung Fook Sien College.
