CMA Secondary School celebrated the opening of its new $13 million wing. Guest-of-honour Chan Wing-kee, president of the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong, officiated at the opening ceremony.

The annex houses an information technology (IT) centre for teachers, a staff common room, a students' union and seven classrooms.

Mr Chan said the school had taken the initiative in implementing the Government's technical education policy.

The school started to offer business studies to Form Six students in September and will introduce four new subjects - business studies, technological studies, IT and graphical communication - in Form Four next year.
