New World wins contract

New World Development, with an offer of $238.8 million, has won a contract to develop a subsidised housing project under the Private Sector Participation Scheme. The project in Ngau Chi Wan can provide a gross floor area of 1.25 million square feet for residential use, or 2,010 to 2,100 flats.
