A 17-year-old believed to be under the influence of drugs fell 11 floors to his death from the Southorn Centre, Wan Chai, yesterday.

An employee at the centre said he had noticed the man behaving strangely at 6pm. As he was calling police he heard a scream and found the man had jumped out of a window.
