Music fans can expect to see a different side to Sarah Brightman at the 'Millennium Extravaganza' as the gifted soprano has gone for a more accessible commercial sound with her latest release, Eden.

The former wife of Andrew Lloyd-Webber, who came to worldwide fame both on Broadway and in London's West End as Christine in the Phantom of the Opera, last appeared in Hong Kong in 1996 in a show saluting the music of her ex-husband. With the release of her 1997 breakthrough album, Time To Say Goodbye, and this year's Eden, Brightman has emerged from Lloyd-Webber's shadow with her eclectic blend of pop and classical tunes bringing her a new generation of fans likely unfamiliar with her stage work.

Long-time fans can still expect her to perform her better-known numbers such as Time To Say Goodbye, her chart-topping 10 million-selling duet with Andrea Bocelli.
