Stanley Ho's floating restaurant was not open yesterday, despite his claim on Thursday that it was now open for business and fully booked.

The Jumbo Palace, anchored in Manila Bay, was closed even though it has finally obtained its Environmental Compliance Certificate.

'Maybe it will open in March,' a reporter was told when she asked about reservations and bookings.
