Fish-bomb boys held

A 14-year-old boy was arrested at his school in Farm Road, Kowloon City, for allegedly possessing an explosive device used to kill fish.

Police seized the bomb and arrested three more teenagers in raids in Hunghom and Ho Man Tin. The boys allegedly told police they had exploded four bombs in a garden in Ho Man Tin Estate over the Lunar New Year.
