Manila: Benpres Holdings plans to expand the 15-hectare Rockwell Centre in Makati, Manila either via a joint venture with landowners or outright acquisition of properties nearby, BusinessWorld reported, quoting company chief operating officer Xavier Gonzales. Mr Gonzales said the 15-hectare mixed-use development had the potential of doubling its size. In May, Benpres is scheduled to start developing Manila Electric's 27-hectare property in Ortigas into a leading medical district, he said.
